PHotoEspaña is Europe’s leading photography festival, due to the
number of exhibitions, the quality of the proposals and the prestige
of the exhibition venues.
Enrica Viganò has collaborated with this event since it was
organized for the first time in 1998, and until today she has
curated and coordinated 17 major exhibitions for PHE. In 1999 she
was in charge of international projects, and in 2003 she was
appointed Guest Curator. Her realizations for PHE comprise: "El
neorrealismo en la fotografia italiana", the great retrospectives of
Weegee and Peter Beard and the recent "De cerca nadie es normal" a
collection of testimonials on the reality of madness that was voted
the best exhibition of Photo España in 2003 by the public. |
